Congratulations to Greta Fuglseth and Lauren Thoennes for being awarded a Gold and becoming a state advancer for their Focus on Children project "Fluttering Forward with Seeds of Home". These students taught preschool students a lesson on the butterfly life cycle and the migration patterns to educate them on the need for protecting our environment (especially milk weed) which is vital for monarch's. FCCLA Regionals were held in Wheaton on Wednesday, 1/29. Thank you to ALL our local businesses that support FCCLA in advancing to state and nationals.

High School Drama Club to Perform
Public performances will be presented on Saturday night January 25, at 7:00 PM and on Sunday afternoon January 26, at 2:00 PM at the Brandon Hall Auditorium.
Brandon-Evansville will present "The New Margo" by Stephen Gregg, with permission from Dramatic Publishing, Inc. The play is set at a college apartment with five friends who are about to live out a real-life mystery thriller. The girls must match wits with each other as they build to a climactic ending.
This year’s cast includes Taylor Dingwall, Amelia Evjen, Serenity Peterson, Ruby Quinn, and Jadyn Woida, with Sarena Fournier running technical details. Also included in the stage crew are Sadie Stepan and Nina Evavold. The play is directed by Dan Olson.
The public performances will also include an opening play featuring some younger talent. They will be presenting “Some of my Best Friends Are Smiths” by David Campton. The play casts a light on the topic of prejudice in an unusual way.
The cast includes Nina Evavold, Zanika Hanson, Deegan Pikkaraine, Sadie Stepan, and Laylah Worthington.
Come support these talented young students and enjoy some time at the theater on Saturday or Sunday at the Brandon Auditorium.

All classes will be held at the Millerville Fire Hall in Millerville, MN
Class dates and times are subject to change and may be adjusted due to local events.
